This page (together with the
documents referred to on it) tells you the terms and conditions on which food
and drink is listed on this website (Products) will be supplied by the listed
outlets (the Outlet) to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully
before ordering any Products through this site. You should understand that by
ordering any Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Please understand that if you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, you
will not be able to order any Products through this website.
1. INFORMATION ABOUT US
This site is operated by Eat It
Now Limited (we). We are registered in England and Wales under company number
6645589 and with our registered office c/o The Hardman Partnership, Blackfriars
House, The Parsonage, Manchester, M3 2JA
2. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
This site is only intended for
use by people resident in those areas specified in this website. We operate this website to enable you
to buy Products from the Outlet of your choice
3. YOUR STATUS
By placing an order through this
site, you warrant to the Outlet you have selected that:
(a) You are legally capable of
entering into binding contracts; and
(b) You are at least 18 years
old.
(c) If you are purchasing
alcohol and appear to be under the age of 21 you will be required to prove that
you are over 18. Only the following forms of I.D. will be accepted: Passport,
Photo Driving License.
4. HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND THE OUTLET
4.1 After placing an order, you
will receive an e-mail or SMS message from the Outlet either accepting or
refusing the order at which point the contract between you and the Outlet will
be confirmed. The Outlet will send a
further e-mail or SMS message that confirms when the Product will be ready for
delivery or collection
4.2 The Contract will relate only
to those Products defined within your order whose availability the Outlet has
confirmed in the e-mail or SMS message accepting your order. The Outlet will not
be obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of your order
until the availability of such Products has been confirmed in a separate email
or SMS message.
5. CONSUMER RIGHTS
You will not have any right to
cancel an order once accepted by the Outlet.
6. AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY
The Outlet’s goal is to deliver
or make available on-time i.e. delivering at the time it quotes. Unfortunately
factors, such as, weather and traffic conditions occasionally prevent the Outlet
from achieving this. The Outlet cannot be responsible for late delivery.
7. PRICE AND PAYMENT
7.1 Payment for all Products must
be by credit or debit card to be charged as specified in this website or by cash
paid to the Outlet on delivery or collection.
7.2 If a refund is to be issued
it will (where possible) be done to you, we shall try to do so within 7 and 10
days from the date of Order.
8. LIABILITY
8.1 The Outlet’s liability for
failing to deliver Products of satisfactory quality or otherwise breaking this
contract is limited to the price of those Products.
8.2 Any complaints relating to
the failure to deliver Products or unsatisfactory quality of the Product should
be directed to

10. SPECIFIC CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE ONLINE PURCHASE OF ALCOHOL.
10.1 We partner with Bring A
Drink who are responsible for the provision of the alcohol sale and its delivery
service.
10.2 All transactions are
at Bring A Drink’s discretion and we are not obligated to give any reason if
service is refused.
10.3 If you appear to be
under the age of 21 years old you will be required to prove that you are over

Licence
10.4 Some personal details
will be stored on our system (name, address, tel, D.O.B, email). Your card
details will never be stored electronically and all personal details are stored
safely in accordance with the data protection act.
10.5 We will not serve you
if we believe you are excessively drunk.
10.6 We will not serve you
if we believe that alcohol will be passed to under 18’s.
10.7 The cardholder must
be present at the delivery address and only they can collect the delivery.
10.8 You will be contacted
on the number given as the driver arrives with your order so please be ready to
accept your delivery.
10.9 Orders can only be
given to members so please have your membership number and I.D. to hand.
